Odense Marcipan is BRC certified (British Retail Consortium), which guarantees that the production process and the products live up to the highest food quality standards. A BRC certificate means, that our production process and our products comply with the highest food quality standards. The BRC Food Safety Standard is devided into seven sections:
- Senior Management Commitment and Continual Improvement
- The Food Safety Plan (HACCP)
- Food Safety and Quality Management System
- Site Standards
- Product Control
- Process Control

Approved for organic production:
Odense Marcipan has also been awarded the Danish organic food standard certification (DK-Ø-8) to produce organic marzipan. The certificate is only given to companies who meets the requirements to bear the red Ø-label.
