Working environment policy
Odense Marcipan’s working environment policy is designed to foster safe and sound conditions at work, with working environment measures forming a natural part of day-to-day activities. The policy has been introduced for reasons of safety, health, efficiency and welfare, as well as Odense Marcipan’s reputation and social responsibility in general.
Workplace risk assessments form an essential part of the company’s health and safety procedures, through which the company seeks to ensure:
- that individual employees are aware of the risks associated with their job, as well as the safest working methods
- that employees have access to tools, aids and working methods that enable them to solve tasks in a safe manner
- that employees have the necessary time and energy to complete tasks safely
- that employees have the will and the motivation to carry out their work in a safe manner
Odense Marcipan's employees have developed a description of the way in which communication and collaboration should function in the workplace in order to secure the basic values for welfare and job satisfaction, for which all are responsible.
